The report said they have been communicating with Coinbase, Circle and Ripple Labs in recent days. A source told the Financial Times that Harris hopes to convey the message that the Democratic Party supports business and supports responsible business. The Harris campaign, Coinbase and Circle did not immediately respond to requests for comment. A Ripple spokesman pointed to recent remarks by CEO Brad Garlinghouse on the social media platform X. Brad urged Harris to distance herself from those who are talking nonsense, referring to California Congressman Brad Sherman, who has been a harsh critic of cryptocurrencies.
