Maker opens new execution vote, involving stability range parameter updates, Spark Proxy Spell and other changes

Update of stability range parameters-stability fee reduction: involving ETH-A, ETH-B, ETH-C, WSTETH-A, WSTETH-B, WBTC-A, WBTC-B, WBTC-C; -DSR reduction: from 8% to 7%; 2. Update the Chainlink Keeper Network treasury address. This is a necessary condition for MakerDAO to upgrade Chainlink Automation from v2.0 to v2.1; 3. Aave-SparkLend revenue sharing payment The smart contract address controlled by Aave Governance will pay 219,125 DAI as part of the Aave-SparkLend revenue sharing; 4. Aligned Delegate Compensation in June 2024 A total of 209.17 MKR will be allocated here; 5. Spark Proxy Spell deploys the following changes on SparkLend: - Reduce Spark's effective DAI borrowing rate by 1 percentage point to 8%; - Increase weETH supply cap to 200,000 weETH; - Increase weETH isolation mode debt cap to 200 million DAI.
