Odaily News ENS domain name registrations declined in the second quarter, with monthly registrations starting to taper off after reaching their highest point since the beginning of the year at the end of April. On-chain data shows that the total number of .eth domain names registered in June was 20,131, down 30% from May (28,949) and 58% from the peak of registrations in April (47,704). In June, major ENS name registrations also hit a new low this year, with 14,401 major ENS domain names registered in these 30 days, down 39% from the previous month and 55% from the 31,982 major domain names registered at the beginning of the year. ENS derivatives open interest climbed to an all-time high of $153 million on July 1. However, it has been on a downward trend since then.
