Odaily News Two former Northern Data executives, Joshua Porter and Gulsen Kama, said they were fired last month after reporting Northern Data CEO and COO to the Central District Court of California for suspected fraud. Stablecoin issuer Tether owns 51% of Northern Data and agreed last year to a strategic investment involving Nvidia GPUs in exchange for equity and shareholder loans. The former directors allegations predate their involvement. (Financial Times)
