PayPal hires Walmart executive as CTO

Odaily News PayPal has hired one of Walmart's top technology executives, Srini Venkatesan, as its new chief technology officer to boost the company's efforts in artificial intelligence. The company said Venkatesan will oversee the company's technology, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, information security and product engineering.
