Odaily News The Uniswap Foundation posted on the X platform that Uniswap v4 will be launched later this year, and the Foundation will ensure that the v4 code is rigorously audited before being deployed to Ethereum. At present, the Foundation has cooperated with Uniswap Labs to select 5 head auditing companies. The audit work will start this week and last for several months. The 5 companies are OpenZeppelin, Trail of Bits, Certora, Spearbit and ABDK. According to previous news, the first phase of the release of Uniswap v4 is code freeze (in progress), including core code completion, testing, Gas optimization, security enhancement, and finalization of peripherals; the second phase is audit and testnet, comprehensive audits of multiple auditing companies and community audit competitions. At the same time, v4 will be deployed to the testnet and the code will be finally adjusted; the third phase is to launch the push, and v4 will be pushed to the Ethereum mainnet in the third quarter.
