The proposal stated that historically, Floki has conducted three key DAO votes related to destruction: a vote in February 2024 to destroy 190,918,585,431.84 FLOKI tokens recovered from the Multichain cross-chain bridge; a key vote in January 2023 to disable the Floki cross-chain bridge and destroy the 4.97 trillion tokens it holds; and a vote in July 2022 on whether to destroy excess tokens recovered from blacklisted wallets. In each case, the Floki DAO's decision was quickly executed, indicating that Floki is a fully decentralized cryptocurrency and that the Floki DAO ultimately determines the direction of the project. When Floki proposed in July 2022 whether to destroy the excess tokens recovered from blacklisted wallets, a deadline was given for sending these tokens. However, some affected wallets did not send the tokens before the deadline. Recently, an affected wallet sent 15,400,000,000 FLOKI to the Floki multi-signature wallet. The proposal suggested returning 1% of the tokens to the wallet and destroying the rest.
