Stellar: Validators to vote on June 18 to upgrade the network to Protocol 21

Odaily News According to official news, Soroban, a smart contract platform on Stellar, was launched on the mainnet after a successful validator vote on February 20, 2024. Nearly three months later, another protocol vote is coming. On June 18, Stellar public network validators will vote on whether to upgrade the network to Protocol 21. If passed, five new core advancement proposals (CAPs) will be activated on the Stellar mainnet.
