Justin Sun: Tron ecological development activities have reached an all-time high

Odaily News At the IXO™ 2024 conference, where TRON is a platinum sponsor, Justin Sun, founder of TRON, shared his views on the theme of Long-term Ecological Development Roadmap. Sun Yuchen said that the development activities of the TRON ecosystem have now reached an all-time high. In 2023, Tron Chain processed approximately 2.4 billion transactions, contributed to a total transaction volume of over 10 trillion US dollars, and generated transaction fees of 424 million US dollars, ranking third among all networks. All transaction fees on TRON have been burned, and TRX’s circulating supply has been reduced by 3% in 2023, making it one of the few deflationary Tier 1 networks. Justin Sun emphasized that as a highly decentralized network, TRON has more than 8,000 nodes distributed in 77 countries around the world, and the number of monthly active addresses has reached 13.2 million, surpassing Bitcoin and Ethereum. TRON has the industrys largest RWA protocol, stUSDT, with a TVL of over $1.3 billion. Recently, TRON also announced a roadmap for the Bitcoin Layer 2 solution, which will complete the integration of TRON, BTTC and the Bitcoin network in stages. At present, the total number of TRON users has exceeded 221 million, the number of transactions has exceeded 7.38 billion, and TVL has exceeded US$23.4 billion. It is an important global payment network and has become a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) governed by the community.
