The proposal seeks to distribute nearly $1.3 million worth of ARB tokens from community wallets to support cryptocurrency mixer Tornado Cash developers Roman Storm and Alexey Pertsev. Behind the proposal is anonymous representative DK, who submitted the proposal on March 7 calling for a robust legal defense for Tornado Cash developers. An Arbitrum spokesperson said the proposal had been removed at the request of its author.
