Odaily News Ethereum developers plan to determine the mainnet launch date for the Dencun upgrade next Thursday (February 8). This upgrade will introduce several EIPs, including proto-dank sharding that is expected to reduce Layer 2 transaction costs. In addition, Christine Kim, vice president of research at Galaxy Digital, said that there is an 80% chance that the Dencun mainnet will be activated by the end of March.
