Odaily News Binance issued an announcement to encourage users to exchange rubles into other currencies before January 31, 2024. Starting from 08:00 (UTC) on February 1, 2024, the remaining RUB balance in the users Binance account will be automatically converted to FDUSD based on xe.coms real-time exchange rate.
