Odaily News According to Reuters, bankrupt FTX subsidiary Alameda Research announced the withdrawal of a lawsuit against Grayscale Investments, which accused the digital asset management company of seeking profits at the expense of shareholders. Alameda filed a lawsuit in Delaware court last March, accusing Grayscale of exorbitant fees and refusing to let investors redeem shares from its two crypto trusts, GBTC and Grayscale Ethereum Trust. Grayscale did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
