Goldman Sachs Asset Management CIO: ETFs do not make Bitcoin a legitimate investment

Odaily News Sharmin Mossavar-Rahmani, chief investment officer of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, said that regulators’ approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF does not mean that the cryptocurrency becomes a good investment. He said: “If you want to go to Las Vegas, then Thats great, but this (Bitcoin) is not an investment, it is speculation, and people should not have cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin, ETFs as part of their portfolio, we do not believe this is an asset class worth investing in.
