Arbitrum Foundation proposes that ApeChain be developed using Arbitrum technology

Odaily News Arbitrum Foundation, Horizen Labs and Offchain Labs jointly proposed that ApeChain be developed using Arbitrum technology, build ApeChain as an Arbitrum Orbit chain developed using AnyTrust technology, and use APE as the native Gas token. The discussion also proposed Horizen Labs leading the ecosystem growth.
