Monetary Authority of Singapore releases investor alert list

Odaily News The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has released an investor warning list. The Investor Alert List provides a list of persons who, based on information held by MAS, include: 1. May be or have been mistakenly believed to be licensed by MAS or otherwise authorized or regulated by MAS; 2. May be or have been An offer that is mistakenly believed to be a business trust or collective investment scheme authorized, recognized or registered by MAS; 3. An investment offer may be made or has been mistakenly thought to be made in or accompanied by a document submitted or registered by MAS. Note: The list published by MAS is not exhaustive and is based on what MAS is aware of at the time of publication.
