Charles Hoskinson criticizes Vitalik for not acknowledging Cardano’s innovation in staking

Odaily News Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson posted an article on the X platform criticizing Vitalik Buterin for not acknowledging Cardano’s (ADA) innovation in staking. Vitalik previously discussed the Ethereum roadmap in an interview and proposed redesigning the Ethereum staking system to solve the problem of centralization. Vitalik discussed a possible UTxO approach to address these challenges. This model differs from Ethereum’s account-based system and is already used by some blockchains, such as Bitcoin and Cardano. Members of the crypto community were quick to point out that the solution is similar to the approach Cardano takes with its staking system. Charles Hoskinsons response to Vitaliks remarks was obviously sarcastic, writing: Dont worry, Ethereum 3 will solve all problems. (Cryptoslate)
