The update will take about 30 minutes. The network is available during the update, but the sequencer restart takes about 2 minutes, and there is no action required by the end user before or after the update. This update brings a number of breaking changes to the zkEVM node, bridge, and attester infrastructure, including changes to RPC, sequencers, synchronizers, and databases. It also includes Websocket improvements as well as other fixes. Developers need to update to the latest versions of nodes, provers, and bridges.
