Raft: Including veRAFT holders in recovery plan based on community feedback

Odaily News Stablecoin project Raft posted on the X platform that based on the feedback received, the team adjusted the recovery plan to include all veRAFT holders. The proposal will be open for feedback and suggestions until 7:59 on November 23, 2023. According to previous news on November 18, stablecoin project Raft released an attack incident update: 3,963,192.62 DAI of PSM (Peg Stability Module) will be distributed to users affected by the incident. The snapshot time is block height 18572928.
