Odaily News Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart said on the X platform that WisdomTree submitted a revised spot Bitcoin ETF prospectus (S-1 document). Seyffart said: “This means that WisdomTree is still planning this ETF and is consulting with the SEC’s corporate finance division. It is expected that all issuers will need to file such documents so that at some point Maybe launch their ETF. Its just a step in the process, nothing critical.
