Moonbeam Network: Native USDC is now available on Moonbeam

Odaily News Moonbeam Network announced on the X platform that native USDC is now available on Moonbeam and can be transferred to the network from the Polkadot Asset Hub via the Moonbeam DApp. On November 5, Polkadot proposal #174 passed, ensuring the sufficiency of USDC in the Polkadot Asset Hub, which means that native USDC can be used to pay transaction fees and exist in accounts without DOT. In other words, users can now leverage USDC on Moonbeam seamlessly through the Moonbeam DApp. According to previous news on September 19, Circle announced that USDC has been launched on the Polkadot mainnet. Polkadot USDC is natively issued on Polkadot Asset Hub. Parachains can securely access USDC from the Polkadot Asset Hub via XCM. Enterprises and institutions can use Circle Account and Circle API to access Polkadot USDC’s deposit and withdrawal services.
