Odaily News The Solana Foundation officially announced at Breakpoint, the annual Solana community summit, that Solana’s second node validator, Firedancer, has been successfully launched on the test network. The development of Firedancer was completed by Jump Crypto to improve the diversity of node clients, enhance the stability of the Solana blockchain, and further improve Solana’s resilience and resistance to attacks. Compared with Solanas first client, Firedancer is developed in C/C++ language, which not only improves its compatibility and memory efficiency, but also helps reduce the cost of running Solana nodes.
