German regulator BaFin: MEXC exchange provides financial services without authorization

Odaily News The German regulator Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued a warning to consumers on Tuesday that the MEXC exchange has been providing financial services without authorization. BaFin stated that MEXC’s cryptocurrency custody services require BaFin authorization, stating on its website: “Only with the necessary authorization, relevant companies can provide financial services in Germany.” (CoinDesk)
