The Assistant U.S. Attorney said the Justice Department expects to subpoena BlockFi co-founder Zac Prince and former Alameda software developer Christian Drappi after completing direct questioning and cross-examination. In addition, prosecutors expect to complete the trial in about four weeks, with the earliest conclusion being October 27. Assuming the defense presents its defense, it is expected to take another week and a half after that, meaning the trial could end as early as November 9. (CoinDesk)
