Odaily News According to Nikkei Asia, citing people familiar with the matter, Saison Capital, a venture capital institution affiliated with Credit Saison in Singapore, has allocated US$100 million for venture capital investment in the Web2 and Web3 fields, including continued investment in the blockchain and cryptocurrency markets. So far, the institution has completed 42 investment transactions in the blockchain field, and its portfolio companies include cryptocurrency lending platform Helix, multi-party computing protection wallet Krayon, and Web3 gaming company Avium. Qin En Looi, head of Saison Capital, said: “We are expanding our fund-of-funds mandate, seeking to shift fund portfolios more from Web2 to Web3, not only early-stage projects, but also investing in more new cryptocurrency-focused funds.”
