Art Blocks CTO Jacob Rockland announced his resignation and will remain in contact with the team in an advisory capacity.

Jacob Rockland, chief technology officer of Odailys NFT art platform Art Blocks, posted on the X platform that he will resign as CTO and will rejoin Google. Rockland will remain closely connected with the team in an advisory capacity after his resignation. Rockland said that he is still confident in the potential of cryptocurrency and digital ownership and will not leave this field, but will continue to stay in the industry as an artist, collector, community spokesperson and investor. It is reported that Jacob Rockland joined Art Blocks in August 2021. Prior to that, he served as a senior software engineer at Google.
