The U.S. SEC and Binance.US holding company BAM will hold a hearing on October 12

Odaily News: A Washington, D.C., district judge has encouraged Binance and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to cooperate in pushing for more information on how Binance.US handles customer assets. BAM, the holding company of Binance.US, said the SEC’s document requirements were “overly broad and onerous.” The US SEC and BAM agreed to hold a hearing on October 12 and submit a joint status report before October 10.
