Exactly Protocol: The hacker refused to communicate and has opened a case with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security

The attackers have been given enough time to do the right thing, but there has been no communication. As a result, Exactly Protocol said it has contacted the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which has assigned a team of agents to the case. The attacker can still return the funds, but 100%, not 90%.
