ABN AMRO Bank issues $5 million digital green bond via Polygon-based Tokeny

Odaily News Dutch Bank (ABN AMRO) used Polygon to conduct a digital green bond issuance, raising 5 million euros. The green bond is issued as an ERC3643 token via Tokeny. It is reported that Tokeny is an infrastructure platform that uses Polygon to allow financial institutions to issue and manage securities and financial instruments. Specifically, ABN AMRO provided €5 million in financing for real estate investor Vesteda.
