Mina Protocol plans to bring ZK smart contracts to the mainnet

Odaily News Mina Protocol issued a document on the X platform announcing that the agreement will usher in a major upgrade, and plans to introduce ZK smart contracts into the main network, aiming to greatly increase the products built using Mina. Key features of the upgrade include: easier zkApp programmability with o1js; enhanced security and efficiency through the new proof system Kimchi; removal of excess rewards (a temporary incentive to increase staking adoption in the early stages of mainnet). Testworld Mission 2.0 is in preparation for the upgrade.
