Genesis Global Trading to Shut Down Crypto Spot Trading Platform This Month

Odaily News Genesis’ spot cryptocurrency trading operations will shut down later this month, according to an email sent to clients on Tuesday. Specifically, Genesis Global Trading (GGT) will shut down its over-the-counter trading platform on September 18. All trades must be settled by September 21st and all remaining open accounts will be closed on the 30th. This decision was taken voluntarily for commercial reasons, the email said. GGC International Limited, another trading-focused subsidiary, will continue to operate its spot and derivatives trading services. (CoinDesk)
