The proposal suggests that ApeCoin DAO provide funding for teams that align with the ApeCoin roadmap and allocate a budget of $1 million for two quarters through the community-operated grants program "Delegated Domain Capital Allocation Model (DDA)".
This budget will be managed by 4 Domain Allocators selected from the community. The Domain Allocators are responsible for managing grants for specific domains that are strategic focus areas for ApeCoin DAO.
