Odaily News According to sources cited by Bloomberg, the New York Attorney General's office, led by Letitia James, has requested information on former executives of cryptocurrency lending company Genesis. Michael Patchen, former Chief Risk Officer of Genesis, has recently been questioned, and federal prosecutors and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have started investigations and sought interviews with potential witnesses from Genesis and its parent company DCG.
