Odaily News According to Bloomberg, citing data from Swiss investment adviser 21e6 Capital AG, there are currently over 700 cryptocurrency funds worldwide, of which 97 have already closed. Although these funds have averaged a return of 15.2% in the first half of this year, their performance lags behind the 83.3% surge of Bitcoin.
Maximilian Bruckner, the marketing and sales director of 21e6, said, "Targeted funds have performed well but lag behind Bitcoin." He also mentioned that "although many funds have had to slow down their operations due to regulatory uncertainties, fully entrusted cryptocurrency funds have not faced this issue."
