The court releases schedule, setting key deadlines for submission of documents in Coinbase v. SEC lawsuit.

Odaily News - Judge Failla has issued a schedule that establishes key deadlines for Coinbase and the SEC to submit materials in their litigation.



Coinbase is required to file legal documents containing arguments, evidence, and supporting materials by August 4, 2023. Following the submission, interested parties supporting the exchange must file amicus briefs with the court by August 11, not exceeding 20 pages.



On the other hand, the SEC must file its legal documents by October 3. Interested parties supporting the SEC have until October 10 to submit their amicus briefs, also limited to 20 pages. After the SEC submits its legal documents, Coinbase may file reply briefs by October 24. (CoinGrape)
