Odaily News: XRP lawyer Deaton says SEC appeal has no significant impact, previous ruling still has legal effect, ruling is significant for XRP. In the Terra and Do Kwon case the day before yesterday, the judge stated that the Ripple case will be used as a relevant precedent for this case unless the SEC appeals. The SEC lawyer opposes the citation of this precedent.
