The British court has approved BSV founder Craig Wright to defend his intellectual property rights.

Odaily News: Three British judges have ruled in favor of BSV founder Craig Wright's defense of his intellectual property rights. Previously, the court dismissed Wright's appeal to halt the operation of Bitcoin Cash, stating that Bitcoin Cash infringed upon his intellectual property rights. The appeal involved 26 defendants related to Bitcoin, including various developers and several companies, including Coinbase.



The issue of copyright protection will be decided in subsequent trials, but Wright is required to first prove in a trial in early 2024 whether he is Satoshi Nakamoto. (CoinDesk)
