Odaily News: DAO registration service provider MIDAO has completed a $1 million financing round, with participation from The LegalTech Fund, FJ Labs, and angel investor Balaji Srinivasan, former CTO of Coinbase.
The new funding will be used to enhance MIDAO's core product, providing legal recognition for Web3 projects and DAOs, and helping ensure contributor liability protection. It will also expand its global partnership network consisting of Web3 lawyers and professional service providers, as well as broaden MIDAO's service scope worldwide.
