Odaily News: According to the official announcement, Binance will soon launch its 32nd Launchpad project, Arkham (ARKM), and initiate a BNB session. The sale for this project will be based on a participation model, where Binance will determine the user's investment limit based on their average BNB holdings over the six-day period.
The BNB snapshot period will be from 8:00 AM on July 11, 2023, to 8:00 AM on July 17, 2023 (UTC+8).
