Early this morning, BlackRock has resubmitted supplementary details of its bitcoin spot ETF application to the SEC through Nasdaq.
It is reported that BlackRock submitted the documents on Monday, indicating that Coinbase Global Inc. will provide market surveillance as part of the SSA (Supervised Shared Agreement) exchange.
Previously, the SEC considered the initial application documents from several institutions applying for spot ETFs to be insufficient and lacking necessary information. Other applicant companies, including Fidelity Investments, SinoPac, VanEck, 21Shares, and WisdomTree, also made material revisions and supplements last week.
