该基金分美国和开曼群岛两个版本，其中美国基金（ARK Crypto Revolutions U.S. Fund LLC）从9位投资方处募资7,281,630美元，而开曼群岛基金（ARK Crypto Revolutions Cayman Fund LLC）从一位投资方处募资8,993,330美元。这两只基金均于3月1日开放投资，没有明确的募资目标，属于私人基金，只对少数投资者开放。（CoinDesk）
