UK Reform Party Plans to Launch Crypto Industry Union in Response to Overseas Donation Restrictions

Odaily News: Arron Banks, a senior aide to the UK Reform Party, has stated that if the Labour government further tightens rules on overseas political donations, the party plans to establish the "Allied Computer & Crypto Workers Union (ACCAW)," covering workers in IT, AI, and the crypto industry, in order to raise political funds through union channels.

Previously, crypto industry billionaires Ben Delo and Christopher Harborne each donated £36 million to the UK Reform Party, totaling £72 million. The UK government is advancing new restrictions on overseas donors, and the retroactive application of the relevant rules may affect the compliance of some donations. (Daily Mail)
