Matrixdock Completes Two Consecutive Years of Independent Reserve Verification, Continuously Strengthening Reserve Transparency System

- The audit was executed by international inspection and certification body Bureau Veritas, covering three institutional-grade vaults (Malca-Amit, Brink's Hong Kong and Singapore), with each precious metal bar individually weighed and dimensionally measured.
- The XAUm audit covered 508 gold bars, with a total weight of 16,331.184 troy ounces, corresponding to a circulating total of 16,331.179 tokens distributed across four chains: EVM, Sui, Solana, and Stellar. The asset value is approximately $66.09 million.
- XAGm was audited for the first time, covering 66 silver bars with a total weight of 65,934 troy ounces, corresponding to a circulating total of 65,998.551 tokens distributed on the Ethereum and Sui networks. The asset value is approximately $4.04 million.
- Audit results show that XAUm reserve assets and circulating token amounts are completely consistent. XAGm also showed consistency after adjusting the ozPerToken value, with no discrepancies found.

近日，BIT（原 Matrixport）旗下 RWA 代幣化平台 Matrixdock 完成第四次連續半年期獨立儲備審計，本次審計繼續由國際檢驗認證機構 Bureau Veritas（必維國際檢驗集團）執行獨立儲備驗證，並將代幣化白銀產品 XAGm 納入審計範圍。此次審計覆蓋 XAUm 與 XAGm 的底層貴金屬儲備，也標誌著 Matrixdock 連續兩年保持統一、持續的獨立驗證流程，進一步完善其儲備透明體系。
連續兩年獨立驗證，持續完善儲備透明體系
根據 Matrixdock 公布的資訊，本次為其連續第四次完成半年期獨立儲備審計，也是連續第二年由 Bureau Veritas 執行獨立儲備驗證。
Matrixdock 表示，持續由同一家獨立審計機構開展驗證，有助於建立穩定、一致的驗證流程，也讓審計機構能夠更深入了解其儲備結構，並在未來更容易識別潛在異常情況。隨著代幣化資產逐漸融入金融基礎設施，長期信任不僅來自一次審計，更來自持續穩定的驗證機制。
Matrixdock 將這一名稱由多層驗證機制組成的體系稱為 Reserve Transparency Stack（儲備透明體系），為持有人持續提供代幣底層資產的可驗證性。
審計範圍擴展至 XAGm，完成貴金屬儲備實物核驗
根據 Bureau Veritas 的審計結果，本次審計對 Matrixdock 持有的貴金屬儲備進行了實物核驗，並確認儲備資產與 Matrixdock 的記錄保持一致。
此次審計共覆蓋來自 LBMA（倫敦金銀市場協會）認證精煉廠的 574 根黃金及白銀金屬條，分別存放於三座機構級金庫：
● Malca-Amit Singapore（2026 年 7 月 3 日完成審計）
● Brink's Hong Kong（2026 年 7 月 8 日完成審計）
● Brink's Singapore（2026 年 7 月 15 日完成審計）
審計過程中，所有貴金屬條均完成逐根稱重及尺寸測量。相比 2025 年下半年審計，本次新增 26 根金條，審計範圍同時擴展至 66 根銀條。
截至審計日期，XAUm（代幣化黃金）：
● 共審計黃金 508 根；
● 對應黃金重量 16,331.184 金衡盎司；
● XAUm 流通總量為 16,331.179 枚，其中：
EVM 鏈：11,242.657 枚；
Sui 網路：2,677.413 枚；
Solana 網路：1,575.248 枚；
Stellar 網路：771.552 枚；
● 按黃金價格 4,046.86 美元/金衡盎司計算，對應資產價值約 6,609 萬美元。
本期獨立儲備審計同時覆蓋 XAGm（代幣化白銀）。截至審計日期：
● 共審計白銀 66 根；
● 對應白銀重量 65,934 金衡盎司；
● XAGm 流通總量為 65,998.551 枚，其中：
Ethereum 網路：33,004.219 枚；
Sui 網路：32,990 枚；
● 當前 ozPerToken 為 0.999021918；
● 按白銀價格 61.24 美元/金衡盎司計算，對應資產價值約 404 萬美元。
審計結果顯示，所有貴金屬條均已完成與相關金庫記錄的逐項核對，未發現任何差異。截至審計日期，XAUm 儲備資產與流通代幣數量保持一致；XAGm 儲備資產則在應用相應的 ozPerToken 數值後，與流通代幣數量保持一致。
從定期審計到持續驗證，儲備透明正成為鏈上金融基礎能力
除半年一次的獨立儲備審計外，Matrixdock 還持續披露每月儲備資產報表、貴金屬產品鏈上儲備證明（Proof of Reserves），以及 Gold Allocation Lookup（金條分配查詢工具），持有人可查詢具體金條與對應代幣之間的映射關係，對底層資產進行持續驗證，而不僅依賴階段性審計結果，共同形成持續更新的透明記錄。
Matrixdock 表示，未來還將持續評估與全球第三方服務機構合作的可能性，在保障客戶隱私的前提下，進一步加強鏈下儲備資產的資產級驗證能力。
