Nvidia reportedly to finalize acquisition of Hugging Face this week, deal valued at up to approximately $14 billion

One of the informed sources stated that Nvidia could complete the acquisition as early as this week for $12.9 billion, and the deal may also include an employee retention plan of approximately $1 billion. Currently, the two parties have not yet reached a final agreement, and the timing and specific terms of the deal may still change.
