Odaily News: The offering plans to issue 4,285,715 shares of common stock at a price of $7 per share, with expected total fundraising of approximately $30 million. After deducting underwriting and related fees, the net proceeds will be approximately $27 million. Bitari Inc. is responsible for building and operating the physical infrastructure required for Bitcoin mining, with its core facility currently being a 20-megawatt operational mining site in Wheeler, Texas.
