The Odaily Planet Daily reported that Kuaishou announced via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Beijing Kling signed subscription agreements with the National Artificial Intelligence Fund and Charoen Pokphand Robot Limited (CP Robot) on the 31st, respectively.

Accordingly, both the National Artificial Intelligence Fund and CP Robot have agreed to act as additional investors and become parties to the capital increase agreement, injecting cash capital of RMB 1,400.00 million and approximately USD 19.29 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 131.45 million) into Beijing Kling, respectively (corresponding to RMB 1,097,518 and RMB 103,047 of Beijing Kling's registered capital, representing approximately 1.14% and 0.11% of Beijing Kling's expanded registered capital after the implementation of the subscription and the subsidiary share participation plan, respectively (assuming both the subscription limit and the plan mandate limit for the subsidiary share participation plan are fully utilized)). On the same day, Beijing Kling also entered into joinder agreements to the shareholders' agreement with the National Artificial Intelligence Fund and CP Robot, respectively, under which, among other things, both the National Artificial Intelligence Fund and CP Robot were granted repurchase rights.
