AI基金Situational Awareness豪掷4亿美元押注,AI股神重返投资舞台
Theo Odaily Planet Daily, citing sources familiar with the matter via Gelonghui, after AI fund Situational Awareness faced a crisis last week due to margin calls from multiple Wall Street lenders, founder Leopold Aschenbrenner has returned to the investment market and added $400 million to a private company.
The report states that this investment, completed on Tuesday, marks Aschenbrenner's first major investment move since the fund's liquidity crisis. Previously, Situational Awareness had invested $100 million in the same company last month, bringing the total cumulative investment to $500 million.
It remains unclear which specific private company received this investment. Earlier, Situational Awareness drew market attention for its heavy allocation to AI-related assets, and during the market volatility in July, the fund faced considerable pressure.
