Trump says he will make a "final decision" on Iran, potentially signaling approval of a deal
Odaily Planet Daily News: US President Trump said on social media: "Iran must agree that they will never possess nuclear weapons or nuclear bombs. The Strait of Hormuz must be opened both ways immediately, free of tolls, allowing unrestricted maritime traffic. All sea mines (bombs) – if any – will be cleared (we have already used our excellent underwater minesweeping ships to detonate and clear large quantities of these mines. Iran will be responsible for immediately clearing and/or detonating any remaining mines – presumably not many!). Ships stranded in the strait due to our amazing and unprecedented naval blockade – now that the blockade has been lifted – can start "heading home"! The enriched material buried deep underground – sometimes called "nuclear dust" – is currently being crushed under an almost collapsed mountain (caused by a powerful B-2 bomber airstrike we launched 11 months ago); this material will be excavated by the United States and will be thoroughly destroyed in close coordination and cooperation with Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency. Until further notice, no funds will be exchanged between the parties. In addition, the parties have reached consensus on other issues far less significant than the above. I am now going to the "situation room" for a meeting to make the final decision."
AXIOS journalist interpreted that Trump hinted at an upcoming approval of the Iran deal.
