Ventuals: Due to oracle error causing significant fluctuations in SPACEX on Hyperliquid, will compensate liquidated users within 48 hours

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Ventuals, a project in the Hyperliquid ecosystem, posted on X: "We have noticed an incident that occurred in our SPACEX market approximately one hour ago. An off-chain data provider, which is one component of the oracle price feed, returned erroneous data. This caused dramatic fluctuations in the oracle price and mark price of this market, leading to the liquidation of some user positions. We have taken immediate measures to prevent similar incidents from happening again on any Pre-IPO markets and are currently assessing the impact of this event on affected users to formulate an appropriate compensation plan."

Affected users will be compensated within the next 48 hours.
