The Odaily Planet Daily reported that, according to Iran's Mehr News Agency, an informed source denied reports by the US media outlet Axios regarding the content of a proposed memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States, stating that these claims represent only the American side's narrative and cannot be confirmed by the Iranian side.
Earlier, Axios reported that the proposed agreement includes extending a ceasefire between the two sides for 60 days, reopening the Strait of Hormuz without collecting transit fees, and having Iran clear mines from the strait. The source denied the details of the above report and refused to acknowledge that this content represents Iran's position. (Jin Shi)
